TL;DR: Tried to sell fidget spinners. sucked at it. online store didn't work. ended up bulk selling spinner to a few business'. Made a tidy little profit and got a return customer. Placed a second bulk order, no fuss no stress, just drop off the 100 spinners collect my money and move on.
This got me thinking. All the people I've dealt with are ordering from aliexpress, they're getting everything from spinners, sunglasses, even things like socks. One of them mentioned alibaba however because it didn't have a streamlined checkout they didn't want the hassle.
I know people have made a business out of acting as a agent between the retailer and alibaba's suppliers. But how did they go about it? What sort of legal trouble am I looking at getting myself into?
