Most people out there teaching Entrepreneurship tactics seem to be the A-type personality and preach strategies that align with that- "Crush it", "Work your fingers to the bone on your passion" and other over the top "motivational" lines are thrown out ALL the time.
I have a lot of passions and projects I work on outside of my day job and want to one day create my own income stream. I know what it means to work hard and have done so throughout my life. However, the "motivation" these people I'm learning from is misaligned with my personality (I'm more B-type, laid back, not overly competitive). Even when I work on things I'm passionate about now I don't stay up all night or spend 20 hours a day working on them.
Are there some podcasts/blogs out there which appeal to this type of personality?
