I tend to be one of those unfortunate individuals who need roughly 7-8h of sleep to function properly. Anything less and I become very groggy and it is hard to focus, also I have less willpower to push through the day. It wouldn't hurt much in a traditional day-job setting but when you are in employer's shoes every second of your day matters - you feel more responsible for making progress and keeping your business afloat. As I am coming closer to starting my first venture I feel like I need to address my long-standing issue with sleep quality. I have made few changes to my routine to squeeze more sleep out but some days are less ideal and I have to face sleep deprivation from time to time.
I was wondering what do you guys do to keep yourself productive on such days?
