Selling apartments using VR entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey guys, am attending startup weekend,an event where people meet and try to start a startup. My team and i decided to make a startup to sell second hand apartments using VIRTUAL REALITY.The idea is to make a platform where users can see advertisements of apartments using VR, we thought this way we reduce the time spent by buyers to go see dozens of apartments. Am supposed to do system design for this idea, while my teammates will work on UI design, what resources can i use to design such kind of a system? what should i consider? VR technology? servers? This idea is supposed to be implemented in china where VR is on the rise. Thanks
