I have been running a cleaning business since the summer and focus a lot of customer service and satisfaction. We have around 15 customers now that have been with us since the summer and I wanted to give them some sort of gift around Thanksgiving and around Christmas. For thanksgiving we were thinking of a hand written card thanking them for being a loyal customer and maybe something else. Not sure what to do for Christmas. Has anyone done something like this before? What are some do's and dont's?
