I'm doing some freelance work for a company. I want to get paid via online cc transaction to avoid the lengthy process having them send me check (net 45). Via the CC method the general manager can just expense out and I get paid immediately. Problem is the transaction is over 5k) so the cc fee is 2.9% plus the set up fee. Which is about $150. Is there a way I can avoid paying so much for a one time transaction?
