Checklist for recovering SEO after total business overhaul? earn by blogging adsense income

I have a client that is embarking on a major business expansion which includes rebrand, a new website, and an expanded market.

The website URL is staying the same, but our link structure will likely change.

The company name is changing from Name + Niche Services to Name + General Services

I am looking for a checklist of steps that will be needed to help get us back on top after the change. I just want to make sure I think of everything so I can incorporate it into my project plan. Things I already know I will have to do:

• Redirect old links to new links
• Update all business citations on listing sites (will probably use a service for this)
• Ensure backlinks are updated if they use the old name

What else should I add to my list? I'm open to reading blog posts on the subject if they will be helpful.
