How to monetize 500k views/month? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a YT channel where I do animated self-improvement videos, just like fight mediocrity's channel.

There's only 2 other channels that do similar videos in my country, and I can influence the YT algo much better than they can, the views reflect that. I don't do book reviews, but instead subjects that are wide and will interest most people, such as 8 ways to become more confident, how to avoid awkward silence, etc.

I'm currently getting 500k views a month after 3-4 months of work, and as you know, YT pays jackshit from adsense, even more so because I'm in a poor EU country. I have a few ideas how to monetize the attention these videos are getting, but none seem really lucrative. There's only 2 I came up with

-collect email addresses by pitching a lead magnet at the end of the video, then make and sell exclusive courses through the list. Maybe affiliate links as well.

-promote a book that goes well with the video's topic (affiliate)

I found great success in this niche in my country's language, but I'm really thinking about shutting it down, because it's not worth my time to do these videos.
