Manufacturing a new product requirements question: entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello everyone,

I have put in a provisional patent for a product that I will be making a few prototypes for. The product is a wrist wrap/glove that will assist its user with holding heavy objects for a longer period of time. I plan on making these products outside of the USA and at first selling them in the USA only. What are the requirements to make and sell a product like this in the USA? I know there are ASTM, ASIN, and OSHA standards, but I'm not totally familiar with what requirements I need to meet before I can sell the product in the USA.
