Whenever I publish a new post on my wordpress site it will show up in search with the wrong time stamp says 8 hours ago instead of 1 minute... earn by blogging adsense income

Is it my sitemap im using wordpress, and the sitemap Im using the BWP google sitemaps plug in.

But I noticed whenever I do a title search for my newly posted articles the timestamp under the article where it says the date, it will say 8 hours ago instead of 1 minute ago or recently.

Sometimes the article will say posted 22 hours ago, and sometimes the article doesn't show a timestamp or date and those times the article doesn't even rank in google
