Arranging meeting online entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

hi everyone i have been looking for an easy way to arrange and manage online event with people. I am a consultant and trainer and i would like to schedule an event (like a trainer) at a specified time and see how many people will be joining. Some features i was thinking on were - the invite has to be public (e.g. not only people with google account could view it) - to subscribe to the event you don't need an account (e.g. facebook was good but i don't want to rely on it.... and not everyone likes it) - event has to be customizable with some text and even better with an image (e.g. a flyer of the event for example) - It would be great if it would also be possible to send a follow up or somehow contact the attendee

I am not sure if there is a free platform that does all this: - doodle looked good but i cannot send follow UP to the attendees - gmail makes it visible only to who has google account - facebook require a facebook account

Maybe other people find a good alternative or a plugin that i could use

Any suggestion is more than welcome
