One of the most underrated ways to innovate is around pricing models. A lot of products exist today but have outdated monetization strategies. I specifically seem to have found a large community interested in very targeted courses....for example) A course on tech lead generation, A course on social seling. Etc. My complaints so far have been YouTube is too general to find value and things like udemy/udacity have 1000's of options. So with that being said i'd like the course itself to be free and am looking for ideas to monetize in other ways.
