Planning to start my very first company in Texas entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am not in Texas but far away. This will just be a paper company until I actually start practicing Medicine. I am an MD-PhD student, so while I have finished the MD part, the PhD component will take me at least 6 years. Meanwhile this company will be doing nothing at all.

(1) How do I start a company in Texas while living many states away on a student budget?

(2) What type of company will give me privacy and keep my identity separate from the company's identity? I want only the IRS to know and NOBODY else to know that I am the real owner of the company.

Any suggestions to this newbie will be appreciated.
