5 years ago we started a website selling a very niche product that we make in our basement. All our orders are custom made by hand. We just hit $100K in sales over the past 5 years with a big chunk of that being in the last year.
Majority of our sales are from PPC, we use AdWords, Bing, and Facebook/Instagram and have really focused on optimizing our sales funnel and re-marketing. We plan on focusing on organic traffic to decrease advertising costs going forward and see that as the biggest challenge to our success if we would like to turn this into a full time gig.
