My parents are immigrants and never get to go on vacation because they can never leave their store for long periods of times.

I had an outlandish business idea that maybe could actually be useful. What if there were a handful of local people on call that could watch over and manage your business, so you can go on vacation? The business would have a few people who are vetted and have previous management experience.

The temporary managers would have an initial meeting and an interview to see if the business owners trusted them and can relay some crucial information on how not to screw things up while they are gone.

Examples would be a store front or small shop.
