Looking for advice on SAAS B2B Facebook Advertising entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am wondering if anybody has any experience in Facebook Advertising for B2B for an SAAS product within the lower price range ($25-$50). If so, I would like to know what you have found to be successful in getting clients at a sustainable rate. For example, did you have a funnel where they fill out a form, or did you provide an E-Book? I am looking for information on people who have experience with Facebook Advertising, any suggestions or tips would be great!
