Reasons for using “we”? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am very sorry if this question is silly.

I’ve noticed quite a few seemingly solo founders using “we” for their company descriptions. Is this considered a good business practice?

I understand (from my perspective) that using “we” (we care about our customers) sounds more professional than using “I” (I care about my customers). Are there any other reasons why this seems like common practice for solo entrepreneurs?
