I run a small blog posting app development tutorials about once a week. Can it grow to be something big? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So, I have a blog with about 40 posts currently, most of them about iOS and Android app development. I get roughly 6K visitors per month with an Alexa rank of 900,000. I've not monetised it at all, but I'm planning to. I have doubts about how this type of websites can ever make any money. I mean, there's nothing to sell or review, and it's unlikely that programming tutorial posts go viral.

Is it worth adding ads and putting in more time to write more tutorials. Can this grow to be something big? Or should I move on to other more monetizable ideas?
