Freightcom / DHL Li-ion export delays entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have been having problems sending packages with DHL though freightcom.

Freightcom is great and I use it quite a bit. Never had a problem sending the same goods to the u.s, within Canada or from China to Canada in large amounts.

Whenever I use DHL to England my shipment has been getting a Shipment On Hold status for days.

The items contain lithium ion batteries contained within goods which are in individual cardboard packages, wrapped in bubble wrap and in one large box.

All the Li-ion battery stickers are on the boxes along with a dangerous goods declaration and on the shipping label has in info also.

I have spoken with the Dangerous Good specialist and sent in my MSDS and everything on the account is approved.

Why the heck does this keep happening?

This problem has only happened on the Canada to England route with DHL and is driving me nuts.

DG specialist says it's all good, customer service knows nothing and always says someone will call back which never happens and I am stuck.
