Recommend a noob-friendly, business oriented book for my father who grew up in a communist regime :) entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

My father (57) grew up in socialist Yugoslavia, he got his CS degree in the early 80's and he's a bright guy overall, he worked for local tech giant in the R&D department. But the chaos after the downfall of Yugoslavia + transition into capitalism and all that shit made him completely lost, he didn't adapt very well and he's been jobless for the last 10-15 years.

You know the type - a hardcore nerd who's a master of his trade, but he wouldn't be able to sell a bottle of water to a man dying of thirst. Of course, growing up and working in a state controlled business environment with 0 entrepreneurial spirit made things even worse.

In the last few years he even lost any desire to touch a PC or even anything remotely related to CS.

On the other hand, i'm completely the opposite - i've always been interested in business and i've been doing all kinds of different things, i started earning when i was 17. Recently i graduated from the same university as he and that made him really proud, he's been showing interest in the last couple of months about various things, he started playing around with Python and he's writing all kinds of scripts for fun. He also keeps asking me different questions about my business and my clients.

Now i feel really good that he's showing interest at his age, especially after years of despair and i'd like to show him how things actually work, however i don't know in which direction to point him? I've kinda learned over the last 10 years from lots of different sources - but mostly by trying shit and seeing what happens.

So do recommend any good books that you feel could be beneficial to someone willing to learn more about business in general (products development, sales, marketing, etc.)

PS i have no expectations that he can actually become start earning money and contribute to my business, it's more about giving him something to keep him interested.
