Formed an LLC as sole member and got EIN. Was extended my first independent contractor agreement. the contract has my name as "the contractor," and the LLC is not mentioned anywhere. Should my LLC be placed there instead? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I planned to have the invoices, bank account, receiving payment, and business insurance all in name of LLC.

I asked them about it (this is a major corporation), and they responded that since I am the one coming in some the work, they have my name on the agreement.

How do I make sure that I'm protected by my LLC and its insurance if something bad happens if the name of the company isn't in the contract?
