About to jump head first into my first business entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi, I'm in the bar auditing business. After doing it for about 4 years I'm going to be opening my franchise in about 6 months. I met with my boss last week and went over the basics, what I have to do with corporate, what it will cost, etc. We're meeting again tomorrow and I'm just trying to throw together a list of things I want to ask.

I'm looking to get an accountant, A: to do my taxes as they're getting a little more complicated this year, and B: Just to go over numbers of the business, expectations, goals, and then ideally retain them to do my business accounting. What do I need to know about this?

I'm aware of my royalities I'll be paying, but I need to figure out taxes, payroll, what type of business to become among numerous things I'm sure I'm not even aware of yet.

I've got a lot of learning and 6 months to do it, so I'm getting started. Thanks guys
