I just moved from Georgia to Colorado. How to handle the LLC? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey all,

I run a side business that I originally registered an llc for in the state of Georgia. Last month, I loved to Colorado and plan to be here permanently.

My question is, should I re-incorporate in Colorado and merge the Georgia llc into it? Should I just keep the Georiga LLC and register as a foreign business in Colorado?

At minimum I need to register for a Colorado Sales Tax license as I sell retail products.
