Adwords has suspended our ad, claims malicious link, proposed link doesn't exist, what do? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey everyone. Adwords has emailed my boss telling me that our ad has been taken down due to a "malicious link". I scoured our site for the link they showed us, and nothing. I've tried ScreamingFrog, W3C link Scanner, VirusTotal, and Trend Micro link scanners and they all tell me my site is 100% safe. The reported link doesn't even show up in their scans. I also physically checked every page on my site with my own eyes both in google devtools and in text editors, and the link is nowhere to be found.

Is google just bullying us? Any help would be fantastic. What should I do next?
