Keyword Difficulty accurate from ubersuggest? earn by blogging adsense income

I chose about 5 long tail phrases from Ubersuggest, and the keyword difficulty rating was .05 or less. I had assumed the ratings went from 0 - 1.

When I check this search term on Google however, all of the sites on the first page are BIG names - hgtv.com, diynetwork.com - with big Domain Authority ratings(mozbar).

Am I misunderstanding the Keyword Difficulty metric as Ubersuggest is using it?
