Wanting to create an implant chip that functions similarly to http://ift.tt/2mSnDif

Giving the user access to a wide range of blood markers on demand.
I can easily figure out the design behind the testing protocol, but I'm not sure how I'm going to shrink the technology enough to form an implant. Also unsure about regulatory issues with something like this. I would imagine the surgical procedure is similar to a glucose monitor chip.

Does anyone here have experience in this field? I have access to ~10M in capital.
