Total email sending noob... Any help/guides on where I should go? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey everyone, so I recently launched a new service targeting the supply chain industry and I need to send out 5 emails per company per day... I'd like to have a few variants and randomly choose 5 people from a list (so total maybe 200 a day between 40 companies)

Now I dont want to send out that many by hand, and certainly dont want to get flagged as spam so i'm keeping the amount very low

What is the best way to go about doing this? I've never used anything besides gmail my entire life and feel pretty stuck!
