Like the title says, I am looking to start an online tea company from my home in New Jersey and have no idea where to go from here. I would be buying the dry leaves online and packaging it in my home. I have a few questions:

1) Is it legal to package tea from home or do I need a commercial kitchen?

2) Would it be considered a food or supplement?

3) What type of business would I file it as? LLC?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
