I'm part-owner of a Real Estate Photography biz. Our target client is Realtors and to market ourselves we've been relying on doing sales pitches at Real Estate Offices at their monthly meetings. Along with that we cold-call Realtors and ask if they have a listing that needs photography.
We're looking to expand faster and have invested into Clickfunnels. We plan on running some Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn advertisements to drive traffic to a funnel that we could convert. I'd love to hear some of your advice on the actual process of this. I was thinking it'd be smart to give away a photoshoot up-front (Include an upsale of an additional service), collect their email and perhaps put them on some sort of list.
