I've read on this sub that it's better to interview people from your target audience to find out what they want, rather than to just randomly build something and hope it's a success. Makes sense to me, but I'm not quite sure how to implement this. I know people who are glad to talk about their problems, but not willing to actually do anything about it
Can anyone inform this techie on how to get people give solid ideas about what they would actually pay for? Does it just come down to trying to sell them? (If so this could make setting up interviews challenging)
