Advice on ranking an infographic page earn by blogging adsense income

Hi guys

I've spent days researching and creating an infographic that I want to rank for a certain keyword.

The issue is all the information is in the graphic, meaning that text on page will be very minimal.

Can anyone advise on roughly how much text would need to be on this page while baring in mind that the majority of the content is in the image itself.

I've been toying with the idea of breaking half the information off the image and putting it into text on page?
