Hello /r/entrepreneur! I'm a US citizen moving to London for my full-time job at the end of June. Planning on being there for at least 2 years. I also run a website that sells advertising. It's currently structured as a sole proprietorship.
To start with, any recommendations for expat accountants as I know questions like this generally require personalized attention and is not a one-size fits all situation. Feel free to DM.
Does it make sense to register as a LLC/S-Corp in the US? Since I won't have a physical presence in the US, I'd think that registering in a no income tax state, such as Delaware would make sense.
If there are other pertinent details that I'm not including, which I'm sure there are, feel free to ask. Want to make sure I'm asking all the right questions when I speak to an adviser.
