subdomains question earn by blogging adsense income

Hi there, I'm unable to register the domain I look for. The keyword with exact match has already being taken with almost any extension, so I want to be innovative. On that note, I can create a subdomain with a domain .cc that would be exactly the same. Like porsche.classiccar.cc

Would that index well with google (assuming I'm giving content with what it says on the domain and subdomain)?
