I'm currently about to have 5000 flyers printed. I originally planned to just distribute them by hand but direct mail popped up on my radar and I'm interested.
Does anyone have information to share on the following:

How would the purchasing of stamps go? Would I have to pay 49 cents per piece of mail or would I get bulk rate?

Can I choose a specific neighborhood to send the mail to, or will I just pick an area code to blast? Basically, how much control do I have with the mailing?
