Looking For Any Insight For My Website earn by blogging adsense income

I run a career development and job search website at https://HirePowers.net. On the site are free resources for job-seekers including resume templates, cover letter samples, other job advice, and tutorial videos on different job search subjects.

For the first couple years the site was extremely sparse of content and I got 99% of my traffic from social media through job listings, which the site still has. I was doing alright for awhile but with some Facebook changes over the past years, it's all but dried up.

In the last month and a half I've worked to put more content together, and in another months time I hope to have enough content to start e-mail campaigns to schools and institutions regarding link building and the like.

Anything any of you could suggest about the site would be a great help. I'm really just looking to see if I'm on the "right track" so to speak - but one thing in particular I question is how everything is organized.

For example, the website as a whole could be quantified in a number of ways - job search help, career development, job guidance, etc, whatever you want to call it. The problem is people don't generally search for that stuff. They search for resumes, or cover letters, or interview advice - all of which my site has, but are not the main component of the site. What types of issues do I have to overcome because of this?

Also, many of the top results for resume and cover letter keywords are one page articles. And even though they have tons of information, the pages seem like one offs and are a few years old. Are there specific ways to capitalize on this, having a larger section of a website dedicated to keywords, rather than a single page article?
