My partner and I have been in business since May 2016 as a general partnership. With both of us relocating to Vegas, we thought now would be a good time to incorporate. I've read most of the differences and feel I have an understanding of both.
My question is, with the new tax law, I read that there's a flat 21% rate for corporations. Does this only apply to S/C corporations or also LLC's? I'd hate to go the LLC route and figure out were going to get taxed at 35% or something when we could of benefited from going the corporation route.
