Interested to see if this problem even exists. I've got a client with some stubborn CEOs living in the past (finance industry) that is still caught up in the idea of having a mobile site. Site would require a rebuild but only have contact with their Marketing Team and their team is having trouble getting them to understand the importance to be competitive / relevant. Could do reskin but with the current structure rebuild would be more effective with how the site was previously built out. Branded searches are declining YoY, Site Engagement and conversions is following. Probably my worst client but can't get rid of because my higher ups (ceo + managers) like the $$$. Normally I'd say get rid of it they aren't willing to evolve / grow with today's algorithms. Feel like I'm wasting my time with not having a mobile friendly site. Interested in some laughs in the comments ha.
