Backlinks Not Showing After Several Weeks? earn by blogging adsense income

So I was able to snag some halfway-decent backlinks several weeks ago on some sites that I simply asked to help me out. They liked my site and decided to do me that favor. Great!

Except, about three weeks later and I'm not seeing them come up on any of the "backlink checkers" such as Moz. How long can this take, and after they do appear after crawling I presume, how long will it take for me to get "link juice" from them?
