Basically Linkedin is going through a whole bunch of bullshit where if I Google search my name it shows up but parts of it will be in Arabic in the preview. I am not Arabic nor do I soeak it nor does any of my business have anything to do with the Middle-Wast.
I checked online and it seems a whole lot of people are experiencing the same exact issue. There must be a problem with the meta data but Linkedin is saying it’s a Google indexing problem.
So what I did was according to intstructions asked to have my URL deleted from searches through Google and then changed my linkedin username to something new and updated that username across all channels,
My only concern is that I’ve been having recruiters reach our to me and I’ve been alpearing on searches and don’t want the sudden loss of my URL to impact years of SEO buildip? Is that a thing? Also, how long will it take the new Linkedin username to take effect?
Please help! I am infuriated and desperate.
