I run a qna section on a site that helps answer questions people have about renters insurance. We're looking to increase the SERP presence of our questions, which are very useful and have insightful answers.
We have 50-70 people asking questions everyday which is then answered by a specialist I work with. The questions are very specific but deal with the same broad topics in this industry. When a user writes a question their question becomes the title of the page. say for example.
Fake question
Q: What happens if a thief steals my 75 year old granpas phone while I'm away
Fake Title www.fakeblogblahblah.com/qna/what-happens-if-a-thief-steals-my-75-year-old-... yadda yadda
As you can imagine, having 1000 unique questions brings down the overall value if someone searches for more broad terms...Keep in mind we have 50+ questions coming in a day and we don't choose to answer all of them, would it be more advisable to spend more time and tweak the title's to be more broad?
E.g: new title: /renters-insurance-thief-stole-grandparents-phone
Or something similar? My only concern is then, what happens if 5 people ask a question about a similar occurrence? Group their questions into one answer?
Would love any advice on this, thank you =)
