Sorry for the late update, I would never tell any one to wait 6 months on a build out of a store when it should only take about 30 days but I was just really busy and tied up with other projects I'm working on.

I have been getting a ton of PM's on updates and I finally was able to put it together for you.

I have a project manager dedicated to the entire project and he shares literally everything with me on whatsapp/email. I did take a few pictures at the end when I visited the store to see how it looks as of now but I was involved in every step of the way.

We are waiting on some city paper work which we'll have by next week to be able to open the store. For marketing purposes, we'll have a guy holding a big sign outside the store saying "FREE CASES FOR YOUR PHONE" to drive traffic into the store. I ordered about a 1000 cases to give away, iphone 7, 7+, 6, 6+, notes, galaxy phones, etc.. I couldn't find a picture of the box but its sitting there inside the store.

We'll also beat competitors like UbreakIFix in prices, hours, customer service and so on.

To run the store, I have a tech guy we trained in one our cell phone stores for almost four years. He's talented like Louis Rossman but can do much more than just macbooks and computers. His pay structure is salary plus commission per device he repairs. Eventually, I'd like to make him an operator of the store after six months. He then pays the bills, makes about 80% of the profit and gives me 20.

I then multiply and open many more locations or franchise out, we'll see.

When we open, I promise to provide you guys traffic volume, actual invoices of paid transactions, groupon results, so on and so forth... you have to give everything a shot and measure the results.

Also, many of you have been wanting to donate money or show gratitude and I respect that but I'm not a tai lopez spinner here to take advantage of a large following.

Here is the real deal. You WILL have to work hard. You WILL have to make sacrifices and start from the bottom. There is no turn key solution to making it in life. This business here will generate 150-250k plus a year - I have studied it inside out and I am already familiar within the industry if you have read about my past and other businesses I'm involved in.

You then take a successful business and start multiplying, if you can. The ultimate goal here is to share how to open one business, grow it into many more and have you be on the ride along with me to a great journey. I've done this many times in other industries and will simply do the same in this.
