Auto scheduling for service company? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I'm starting a tutoring company, where you select a day and time, a subject etcetera, and a teacher goes to your house at the selected time.

I was wondering how service companies go about this: do they get notified after each order and arrange the meetings themselves or is there a scheduling software or other solution to this?
