Feedback: Starting a Review Site for another Company’s Products entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi,

Wanted to gather some thoughts on this concept:

Starting a ‘Yelp-Like’ site for an existing company’s store. Example: A supermarket like whole foods but only sell their own product. So, for example, ’Tom’s Supermarket’….they sell a variety of Tom’s bread, Tom’s ice cream, Tom’s potato chips.

If I were to make a website with a page of each of Tom’s item where I, and in addition, other people can leave a review/star rating (like ‘Yelp’ in that regards).

Would this be legal? If I state that my site is not affiliate with Tom’s Supermarket… Is that legal? Any complications can arise? Just looking to cover my bases.

Any thoughts to consider?
