Healthcare Client: Listing Accuracy over medical sites AND SMS followups looking for reviews earn by blogging adsense income

Two questions guys: (crosspost /r/webmarketing)

• I currently have a medical client, essentially a doctor's office, where they are looking for a similar service to Moz Local but for medical sites (vitals, healthgrades, webmd, ratemds, usnews and world reports, better doctor, doximity, bing, yahoo! small business, dexknows, judy's book, yelp, yp g+, facebook) ensuring that their listing is accurate across the board... are there any white label services that you guys know of that handle this? am I better off just doing it manually?

• I'm looking for a service that preferably hooks into the providers EMR and follows up with clients after appointments to get feedback - and if the feedback is positive push them to review online (G+, healthgrades, etc) - anyone know of a service that does this?
