How to practically beg for an opportunity entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

As the title says. Just a little backstory.

I'm a 20 year old entrepreneur running my own social media influencer agency. A week ago I was approached by one of the biggest marketing agencies in the country wanting to start a joint venture with my company.

The problem is that, I really need them to hire me full time. They seemed interested when I suggested that idea.

It's been a week and they're supposed to call me within the next two days. My question is, If they say that this isn't something they can do, how can I convince them otherwise? Is there even a way to convince them otherwise once they take this decision?

The backstory is really long but I really need this full time job. I was planning on hitting them with "Look, hire me and I promise to lead this department at growth rates you have never seen before". I analysed their numbers, I think I can outperform that.

Any other suggestions or tips would be appreciated greatly!
