I work for an international insurance brokerage. Our company is consolidating claims management to a new department that I will be a part of. As of now, there are only about 4 people, including myself. The plan is to grow our department to absorb processing from the rest of our state and surrounding regions. How can I make myself most valuable on the ground floor of the new team?
