28yr old Indian here , looking to start a food truck selling pizza slices. There's nothing like it where I live and I think it'd be a huge hit. I have no experience with food and absolutely no idea what an authentic New York slice or a Chicago deep dish tastes like. How do I go about looking for a food consultant , how much of an investment would I need, what kind of margins would be sustainable? Basically I am looking for a food guru who can help me with some basic questions I have and help me get started.
