Just opened my pre launch password page for my online store. Could use some advice. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So http://www.9thpan.com is now accepting email addresses on our password page. We are 2 weeks out from launch. I am running an ad on Facebook and Instagram for email captures. Got about 130 visits today and about 12 email capture events.

Any information on how I can gather more emails from people in the food category? We sell high end knives and Sharpening Systems, Sous vide equipment, digital thermometer, etc..

I have read a few things online, but was looking for some insight from this sub. Mainly looking for ways to market my page besides Facebook and Instagram. Anyone with prior PreLaunch experience would be helpful.
