To lead off, I am in Michigan. Just had a few questions in regards to setting up an LLC.
I would rather not have my home address on any of the paperwork. I went and signed up for a UPS business mailbox with a real street address. I plan on using that as my business mailing address. For the registered agent, I planned on using a service such as incfile. Is this legal in Michigan? From the research I've done, I believe it's perfectly legal.
Anyone have experience with this? Should I just list myself as the registered agent with that UPS mailing address?
