Software dev here looking to build an awesome SaaS, mostly centered around service-based businesses.

I used to do tech support for a company that made some shitty business software that had ~3,000 customers and was making millions every year. Figured I could do better than them software-wise and take a piece of that pretty large cake.

So I'm asking you service business owners out there - what do you need that just doesn't exist?
